(Review Role of a Notary Public in New Jersey)
This is a hands-on seminar that will go into detail pertaining to the office of a Notary Public.
Handouts will be given to take back to your office for reference as a handy tool.
Notary Basics will review the laws that pertain to a notary public in New Jersey.
You will learn to know the difference between a Jurat and an Acknowledgement and when to use them.
Review ethical situations and keeping a correct journal.
Review the risks of performing notarial acts that are done improperly.
