Laurie Barton is a Registered Municipal Clerk(RMC) and Certified Municipal Registrar(CMR) with the Borough of Alpha (Warren County) and has over twelve years experience with Local Government.
 
Laurie also recently received her certificate in Supervisory Management with Warren County Community College.

Company History
LCB-Services was formed by Laurie Courter-Barton and is an approved vendor with the New Jersey State Registrar's Office and with the Division of Local Government Services which offers re-certification training courses for Registrars and Municipal Clerks in order to renew their certifications.
 
Continuing education credits are also applied to the DLGS for approval for other professionals on the local level ( Tax Collectors, CFO's etc.)
