Registered Municipal Clerk and Certified Municipal Registrar

Laurie Courter-Barton is a Registered Municipal Clerk(RMC) and Certified Municipal Registrar(CMR) with the Borough of Alpha (Warren County) and has over eleven years experience with Local Government. She is a member of the New Jersey Municipal Clerk's Association, the International Institute of Municipal Clerks Association and the New Jersey Registrars Association.
If your municipality is interested in holding courses at your location, please contact us.  We know the frustrations and hassles trying to drive to locations that are far away.  We are focusing on trying to keep classes in at least each County or close to, so that it takes the stress off those who do not want the hassle to drive more than an hour away for their re-certification credits.

Company History
LCB-Services was formed by Laurie Courter-Barton and is an approved vendor with the New Jersey State Registrar's Office which offers re-certification training courses for Registrars in order to renew their certifications.
Continuing education credits are also applied to the DLGS for approval for other professionals on the local level (Municipal Clerks, Tax Collectors, CFO's etc.)
