* If a course is held at your municipality the Registrar of that municipality attends the courses at no charge.
DON'T WAIT TO RECERTIFY! An extension of the CMR certification for up to 3 months MAY be granted by the State Registrar IF the CMR provides sufficient medical documentation to establish the inability to obtain the required recertification credits during the 3 year certification period. NO OTHER EXTENSIONS ARE PERMITTED!
